“We have stayed at this hotel in the past and was pleased with it which is why I rebooked for this trip. This trip we had several issues: 1) furnishings and room area looked and felt worn and dated, 2) some of the towels were not folded so we weren't sure if they had been replaced or used from the previous customer, 3) the A/C only cooled to 78. “You Sillies booked us for 12, 13 instead of 7 & 8 as we requested. You owe us MONEY!!! How could you foul up a simple 2 day, reservation??? We are SO Angry, this is not the end of this mistake. It was a Funeral, You Airheads!!!! I can't believe but they & the next hotel said, they Do Not want to do Business with Expedia, or Travelocity at all EVER!!! Mistake after Mistake. “The room was clean and helpful to have the kitchenette. But there was only one lamp so the room was dark.”

“The room was clean. The property, building, amenities were outdated and not kept up very well. We had issues with the thermostat. The room had cover plates (cable) not attached to the wall. The hair dryer quit working. The bath towels were clean but had stains on them. Additionally I pre paid on line. Upon check, they still took my credit card for incidentals or damaged caused by me. “The worst continental breakfast ever, not even good coffee. Rooms were decent, outside very run down, only view was back of McDonalds. Staff nice, stayed for 2 days and never got room service until we left. Tv got very few channels.”
