Excellent beautiful property Staff extremely nice

I loved the location, the property, our room, the food, the service and all the staff. It was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff was friendly, helpful and wonderful. I cannot say enough nice things about them!!

If you’re planning a trip to Northern Portugal, do not miss this treasure. We felt so lucky to stay at the gorgeous recently renovated former convent. The design is stunning; the food is incredible, even if you only have breakfast or a light poolside lunch. There are many dining options in the town walkable from hotel. My husband and I stayed there for our 2nd anniversary after a few days on the Porto side as we were touring a few port lodges. A great relaxing hotel with all the needed services. The spa is relatively small (not for Europe) and provide very good services professionally delivered. The breakfast is very good and excellent service. The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully designed, however, be aware of lack of privacy if traveling with friends or family members, the shower is all glass and visible from all angles of the room, the toilet a bit better but not totally private either. Beautiful property in a very walkable part of Porto. The breakfast was AMAZING and the staff were so friendly. We did a mother daughter trip and loved being able to sit on the balcony off our room or at the rooftop bar and enjoy some wine and the sunset in the evening.

Modern property right in the middle of the old part of the city. Keep windows closed to keep out the noise of tourists

This is hands down one of THE BEST places I've had the pleasure of staying. Not only are the rooms incredibly clean, spacious and beautiful, but the PEOPLE who work there are so warm, friendly and helpful. Fatima and Franchesca were so helpful from the moment I arrived and just made all the difference in my experience. I will recommend this place to all my friends, and will certainly come back during my next visit to Porto. 5 stars all the way!!!

Very quiet and convenient stay, sparkling clean too

I stayed here in September 2022 on a Girls trip. The hotel is very well located just a short walk to the shops, market, and attractions. The hotel is beautiful in layout and room were lovely. The beds were plush and comfy.

Brand new hotel, we really liked it. Staff was helpful and accommodating, good location - a few minutes walk to the center of town and the historic area, a block or two further than the NH collection hotel. Nice breakfast which was a nice way to start the morning with a selection of both hot and cold dishes and coffee. We would definitely recommend staying at the NH porto jardim.

unique style, friendly service and great breakfast

I can't speak highly enough of the people who work at Exmo. Everyone we encountered was wonderful and helpful. This was especially true after my husband got food poisoning after eating out one day. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond assisting us in getting medicine for him and then just general care for us while this was happening. Exmo's location is amazing, the breakfast is great, but the staff is the real gem of the place. Thank you!

Overall hotel is outstanding, impeccable service. The SPA was amazing. For this winter season, they should provide fire pits for the guests and some wine tasting activities.

Excellent experience. Amazing river view, a wonderful staff that was eager to help. Clean new rooms and a 10 minute walk from city center.

My husband and I recently stayed here for our honeymoon and highly enjoyed the amazing service, delicious breakfast, spacious rooms and convenient location of the hotel! The staff was extremely helpful and I definitely recommend staying here for a great Porto visit.
