“Excellent service by the staff, Ms. Cruz. The manager is very kind, helpful. Although it was very difficult to get to the hotel from the airport, she helped us to catch Uber to get to the train station when we left. ”

“Good sized space for a family of four”

“The suite was amazing. Air conditioning worked great and the shower has perfect water pressure. The area is very quiet so was just what we needed for a good night sleep. Breakfast in the morning was incredible. My daughter is Gluten Free and lactose intolerant and the made a special breakfast for her. Highly recommend this place!!”

“Lokasinya dekat dengan pusat wisata, mudah diakses”

“Amazing place, literally under an historic place like the Louis I bridge. Exactly between the river and the historic city center. A complete and spacious department, with privacy and great furniture and kitchen.”

“The room was fine and the location was fantastic, both 4-5 stars! The reason for the 1 star rating was checking out with parking being a total disaster. Another patron had their car parked in such a way that the garage door could not fully open, making it impossible to get our car out (probably not the property manager's fault?). What was his fault, was the complete lack of communication to resolve the issue. Not a single response to 8 What's App messages plus numerous direct texts, phone calls,...

“Very prompt and kind reply from the staff, perfect locations and cleanliness. If you would like to store your luggage before check-in, there is a free luggage storage area. The location will be guided by the staff, but you need to contact the hotel in advance to be informed! Really enjoy and lovely place ”
