"Overall the room was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. I was able to check in early with no issues which was nice. Room was decently clean, just a few things I noticed that I feel like would have elevated the experience, like the lamps and decor were dusty."

"The staff were great, especially the Valet staff, they were amazing. The only thing we didn’t like was that our room was not ready for check in. But they did take our luggage in, since we were there to catch a Padres game!"

"Upon check in it was a quick process but we did not realize we were not explained everything. We had to call and ask for the WiFi code, we had to call and ask about the continental breakfast, we had to ask for our room to be cleaned. Twice we called for extra blankets, our thermostat kept reverting to cool. The second request we waited 45 mins. I called again after my kids woke me up And said they were cold. The rooms are “cleaned” every other day. Meaning new towels and wiping down the bathroom. No vacuuming, we were asked if we wanted the bed made……also tiny trash can in a double bed and pull out sofa. We just ended up getting trash bags and collecting our trash everyday. The breakfast is ok…not too kid friendly tofu hash browns, spicy chilequiiles….won’t stay here again."
