"Arrived early morning and staff wasn’t at all prepared and check in was 25 min and all confusion. I booked Mon-Friday and arrived as shared via phone call on early Tuesday "

"Room was amazing-very nice to have a fairly separate living room from bedroom (bathroom was between) so teens and parents can have seperate spaces. The lobby and buffet areas were spotless with lots of staff on hand. Never had to wait for anything and very accommodating. "
