"loved this hotel from the moment I entered. very welcoming g staff . complimentary teas and coffees in the hotel lobby . The spa was amazing and complimentary . was such a nice touch coming back from a full days walking around Seoul then being able to soak in the different tubs and have sauna. one thing and this isn't the hotels fault . it is only 7 minutes to the nearest underground station which was great . but when you reach the station after a long day its a very steep street that the hotel is on so its a steep climb back to hotel . maybe ok for gym fit people but im put of shape so its a trek . but apart from that I would stay here again for sure ."

"Comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Be aware that basic amenities like toothpaste can only be had from a vending machine in the lobby. I think this is a Korean thing, not specific to this hotel, but surprising for people used to traveling in places like the US and Japan."

"That was my another Toyoko stay. Compare to others that was not the best. Breakfast was OK but the room was not clean, hair was everywhere. Bed was comfortable, bigger then other hotels offered."

"It was a good experience overall but there were some inconsistencies from housekeeper. They took our bathrobes and never gave us replacements right after the first and second day of our stay. They also didnt provide trash bags for the garbages in the bathroom and kitchen except for the first time which feels strange for a 5 star hotel but overall, I am thankful for the job they did helping us clean up the room and there were no other qualms besides that. The washer dryer combo was terrible though and I do not recommend using it unless you plan on being there when it finishes because your clothes will just be a soaking wet mess after the “dry cycle.”"
