“Large size room- I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room with two queen beds. Room was clean and met our needs. We left before breakfast so I did not rate the amenities high as I didn't use any of them beyond the parking. ”

“I am little disappointed in this stay. The TV didn't work. The lights in the room had defective light bulbs, there was no ice machine on our floor and the shower flow was barely a stream. This is unusual for the hotel brand. But this was a disappointing experience. Staff was as accommodating as they could be but just couldn't overcome these deficiencies.”

“Don't judge a book by its cover. The building' look from outside isn't too convincing. By the time we entered the front desk, the smellbwas clean and fresh. The frontdesk staff is polite. The room we stayed was clean, including everything in it (beds,carpet, floor, bathroom, refridge, etc). AC is working well. Breakfast: fresh banana n oranges, coffee, juice, cereal, oatmeal, breads, yogurt, and waffle. The hotel is easily to access from main road. It's only 4 mins away to the AT&T Stadium...

“Located in an industrial part of the city of Lubbock, the property seemed very safe, particularly given that there was no foot traffic nearby and nothing commercial within a mile. The rooms are spartan, but the bed was incredibly comfortable. This is a great cost-saving overnight stay motel.”

“Not sure how this place has so many 10/10 ratings. Yes, the staff were friendly, but for nearly $300 for one night this place is an absolute dump. Wallpaper is peeling off all the walls, our room had a burnt out square in the carpet, the toilet overflowed onto the floor from just flushing it. Our room also had an overwhelming smell of maple syrup and some of the furniture and the phone had mystery stains on them like they hadn’t been wiped down. This hotel needs a complete overhaul. “This was my first time staying at My Place. They are uniquely different from other hotels in the area. It was perfect for my trip and pet. Melissa was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. She made sure that I was familiar with the property and enjoyed my stay. I did enjoy the ‘breakfast in bed’ option, but wished they had pricing along with signage. Other than that, it was a perfect experience.”
