“Some staffs doing lie to customers For taking money Usually they said extra money! Extra money! And its fraud (specially room service)”

“The stay was amazing”

“Highly recommend. Beautiful grounds, never overly-crowded (mostly Russian guests), wide variety of food (not rotated even over 11 nights), the beer is very good, local branded gin, awful! Soft drinks are branded (Sprite etc). Exceptionally helpful staff (every single one of them). Tip: learn to say please, thank you and goodbye in Arabic, they are very surprised and very grateful. “전반적으로 쏘쏘!”

“First of all, whole facility was great as like 5 star resort. However, reception team need to improve English especially on how to put 'please or Mr' not to speak of Sir. Most disappointing thing was taxi service to the airport. Even though I booked one day before and paid(no receipt), a taxi did not show up and reception did not have any information. To be honest, not for indivisual family but for group tourists.”

“We enjoyed our time at this resort”

“Had an amazing stay! Great hospitality. We had an early flight in, arrived to the hotel by 9am. Our room was not ready but we were given writbands to start enjoying all the amenities. Same thing upon check out. Our flight was not until 6pm but they allowed us to stay on the resort until we headed to the airport, just had to give up our room at noon. There are showers in the pool/ spa area that we used.”

“올인크루시브가 뭔지 모르는거 같다. 올인크루시브로 해서 맥주는 달라고 하는데 사실 돈 내야 한다고 하면서 생색내면서 맥주 찔금준다. 어처구니가 없어서... 눈치보고 올인크루시브 할 바엔 돈 더 주고 다른데 간다. ”

“See you next year!”
