"Gusti was the most helpful and kind member of staff. After a horrible experience in a nearby hotel, I instantly booked Four Points and arrived. He was quick to ensure I was feeling better and comfortable. He changed my mood and experience within 5 minutes. Also would like to say Carlson took great care of me at breakfast - friendly, fast and efficient. These two staff members are a credit to Four Points by Sheraton and I will be back again to stay. Great rooms, great service and great people."
