"Really lovely experience staying at the Shangri-La Dubai. The hotel is fantastic, but what really makes it special is the staff. Everyone was so helpful, welcoming and genuinely lovely throughout our stay. A special mention to Khodorahm and Waqas on the front of house, who were both absolutely brilliant. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they made us feel so welcome. Would happily stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Thank you for making our stay such a positive experience!"
