"I had to call every day to send someone to fix the electricity as outlets and the long lamp were not working. On my 4th day morning I called and asked for an extra hairdryer because the hairdryer suddenly not working and I was in the wet waterdropping hair but their employee said that I have to WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO FIX and if it does not working then they will give an extra. What a stupid employees they are. Also I asked for the room change and the hotel employees asked me to pack my luggage to move but they DID NOT GAVE OR MOVE STUFFS TO THE NEW ROM. And it seems that the room got smaller too. WHAT A STUPID RESPOND. I think most of this hotel's people are not ready to be a hotelier. I highly recommend people who wants to stay safe and clean, find another hotel which built recently. A towel had a hole and I also faced bigger than a inch long cockroach in my new room. "
