“아주 깨끗한 호텔입니다.”

“Clean room, courteous staff and free parking”

“I specifically rented a room with a “Gulf View Balcony” for our Anniversary. I reserved it months ahead. We drove 12 hours to be on the ocean. We check in and they say “ we upgraded you to a better room, I said why it’s a Gulf view balcony, correct ? oh no, we overbooked but we upgraded you to a better room. Turns out to be a view of the pool and a handicap room with a wheelchair shower that leaked all over the floor. I’m sure they do this regularly. Think twice before you stay at the Panama...

“The room was recently renovated. The pools and hot tubs were great. The grounds are well kept. Nice barbecue area and mini golf. Loved the private beach area and bar. The food was great at the bar near the pools. The only thing I wished was that the food/bar area was open longer than 8PM.”

“After a 9 hour drive, what I appreciated most about this hotel was the staff. Kind, professional people are often rare these days. The staff I encountered were wonderful from check in to check out. When there was a strange noise coming from the ac unit in my original room, Teaca not only called maintenance, but she also placed me in a different room. Jenel and Denecia were equally gracious.”

“Overall, it was a perfect hotel for me. Although the room could have been cleaner, it was spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent. One of the best parts was being able to enjoy the beach right in front of the hotel. Staying at a beachfront hotel saved me from having to drive to a public beach, which would have been inconvenient. And the accommodation cost was also reasonable. ”

“The hotel was in good condition, but in the evening a loud fire alarm suddenly went off in the next room, and after a while we smelled something burning, probably cigarettes, but we were not informed until we asked. I had to go to sleep in a fairly anxious state. ”
