聖誕這兩天天氣較熱，房間冷氣不足夠，到前台要求冷氣開涼一點，前台馬上跟進，15分鐘後就很涼了，服務很好

好位置好设计维护不算太好，但是设计感很好

其实位置算很好，就在购物中心地带 出门就有无数的餐厅酒吧 只是感觉酒店维护的一般，有点可惜

The room is quite large. Good location. Many dining restaurants nearby. But hotel staff can only communicate in putonghua. All you can drink in minibar.

Location good. But better choices elsewhere.

We were visiting the OCT Harbour and picked this hotel for its location, which is without a doubt the biggest attraction. However, none of the staff we met spoke English (our Mandarin is so-so). Service was mediocre. The design was "boutique-y", but taking also the service and facilities into account, we wouldn't say it's value for money. For those who are visiting OCT Harbour and planning to stay for a while or stay late, this could be a choice for a room and a bed (there isn't room service). Otherwise, there are better choices elsewhere.

同閨蜜 玩兩天一夜 朋友有 鼻敏感 但酒店房 進去 有點味道 最後 酒店職員幫忙換房 換咗房 房間 衛生有改善 謝謝酒店員工幫忙 每一位都很有禮貌 歡樂海岸 是一個很特別的地方, 明白 環境是靠水的地方 有海有湖 有點潮 但是 酒店應該 能夠把細節 做得更好

員工親切友善，有驚喜！酒店服務很好～

員工服務親切，登記入住後出去吃飯回來，卻發現小驚喜，有職員在床邊放下地毯以及小書籤，很開心！在入住期間才發現有預先為浴缸加入精油及放水的服務，打算下一次再試！而且還有枕頭選擇（軟硬度），最驚喜的是原來有香味的枕頭以供入睡選擇！在退房時才發現桌面小卡片，所以下一次來時一定會試試！ 第二天因為外面有颱風，所以打算在酒店享用早餐，可惜我們不是會員價錢實在太高$170／位，所以只好放棄～下雨大風都要出外找吃的！但是員工非常貼心告訴我們從地下停車場過去不用濕太多！實在窩心～那一天下了很多雨，我們一直利用停車場接駁，實在太方便。 今次體驗真的很開心，期待下一次！謝謝你們！ P.s 房間真的好大好美，浴室用品都好棒！

一定会再次入住，非常推荐

从入住，前台人员拿着我行李送入房间，到房间里的免费mini bar，有8罐不同的软饮，2瓶青岛啤酒，再到几种日式零食，都很好吃！位置在欢乐海岸来说比万豪那边好实在太多了，走过去ole那边的商场各种衣服、餐饮应有尽有。

Nice room but fair service

Nice room & good place to relax, with many good restaurants around. Staff's attitude & service do not make u feel like u are in a 5 star hotel. Will come back for the room itself but not the service. Swimming pool & gym are closed during our stay.
