羅湖駅から近い便利なホテル。香港からもすぐです。

地下鉄と高速鉄道(?)の羅湖(深圳)駅からすぐ近くでロケーションは良いです。 駅の構内や駅ビルなどには飲食スポットが多く仕事帰りは便利ですが、ホテル周辺はローカル系のお店が多く、外国人にとってはそれほど便利とは言えないかも知れません。 深圳市内の東側、鉄道を使っての広州方面、そして香港へのアクセスは便利です。 価格もリーズナブルな方で、部屋の設備やサービスも特に問題はありません。 一階の入口からエレベーターが工事中でしたが、完成したら良くなるでしょう。

深セン駅(羅湖口岸)から近い交通の便が良いホテル

香港からMTRで中国深センの入口である羅湖に入ると徒歩数分の便利なロケーション。地下鉄や高速鉄道を使えばリーズナブルに広東省の各地まで訪問できます。エアコンの効きはとても良く、室温調整が楽でした。Wi-Fiもロビー・部屋ともに快適です。フロントは5Fで客室はなんと5Fから7Fなので、フロントのすぐ横にも客室があります。日本語は通じませんでしたが、英語ができるスタッフも数名居るのでコミュニケーションは問題ないと思います。部屋も中国にしては広くないですが、それでも1名宿泊としては十分な空間です。再度利用しても良いと思っています。

1)Location marked by Hotel.com is wrong. Very far away from the correct one. We walked nearly 2 hours. No phone card, shops closed and seldom pedestrian in Chinese New Year holiday. It was cold and rainy. Can you think how pity we were. Beside,2) there is no door in the bath. Only a curtain is supplied. The whole bathroom flooded after bath. 3)The shower head is loose. It nearly dropped on my head. 4)Dirt can be found along the bath. 5)The window cannot be locked. The lock is broken. 6)An old scaffold were built on lower floor outside the building 7)The clean ladies are too noisy in the corridor when they worked in the morning. 8) Suggestion: address should provide local language. Not easy to find someone can read address in English translation. Bad, Bad, Bad experience. 1) 地圖位置錯誤,跟原本位置相差什遠,走了差不多兩小時,正確是沿河南路,當天又凍又下雨,無電話卡, 新年, 許多店舖關門, 街上少行人, 特別是提供錯誤地圖這區,好慘, 2)浴缸無門,只有浴簾,浴後整個浴室水沉,3)淋浴花灑頭鬆,差點打到頭 4)浴缸邊有污垢 , 5)窗戶鎖壞的, 不能上鎖. 6)舊棚架仍建於大廈外墻低層 7)早上清潔服務員在走廊高聲談話, 一早便被她們吵醒, 8)建議地址上除英文外,應加上當地文字, 因只有英文,當地人都不懂看. 總括經驗: 差

When budget traveling, I mainly concern myself with price, cleanliness and comfort. For those three areas, this hotel does average - but I booked the hotel for Friday and Monday to sandwich a weekend in Hong Kong, and after staying on Friday, I canceled my Monday booking. For the same price, you can get a much, much nicer room and friendlier service. I was really put off by the front desk and restaurant staff. They weren't "rude," but helpful is not a word they understood. Service is sorely lacking at this establishment.

網上訂了用信用卡付款了，Check in 找了15分鐘說沒我這booking .不斷說沒有，前台員工竟然叫我自已打去hotel.com 問，這第三方的問題不關他們酒店事，這是什麼服務態度，什麼思想？酒店前台不是你們去幫我們客人弄清楚發生什麼事情嗎？要我很氣憤跟他理論，半个小時後，才給我一間房間先入住，最後明天早上他們找到了我訂單，這是我從來沒有試過最差經驗
