Cookies are always good, the pillows were nice and comfy. HOWEVER, what's the deal about charging $17 for parking? Im a paying guest. I felt like I did not get my money's worth and probably could have had a better experience going to the comfort suites spend less money with more amenities. Won't go to another double tree. I didn't feel like a premium customer.

This hotel needs to be renovated. It’s very outdated. Ceiling is peeling. Carpet is so old. We changed rooms because the AC is broken in many rooms. It’s a hotel with history but just come for the high tea and experience the lobby. Don’t stay here.
