"Beautiful hotel. Great buffet. Great staff. A lot of places to relax. We have a tatoos but we still could use public onsen covering them with the special stickers provided by hotel. Also we had a free upgrade to the highest floor. Highly recommended."

I enjoyed coffee and pastries at The City Bakery located in the lobby. The location was extremely convenient to Yokohama train station as well as excellent shopping.
