"The staff here were amazing! We left some stuff in the refrigerator, not a problem usually , except my medication was in there as it needs to be kept cool. I called them, the front desk staff walked up to my room to see about it and it was there. So very thankful! Wonderful service!"

"Watch out for extra charges. We were charged $20 for a stain on the sheet that there was no possible way 2 elderly and semi handicapped people could have made. The stain looked like it was already through the dryer before and was set in. It was not a fresh stain and when asked to save the sheet so I could pick it up they had already tossed it. I am 100% positive we didn’t do it and now they lost a customer that was going to return otherwise. Enjoy your $20 you won’t ever see more from me!"

"Our mattress was wonderful. Staff was very accommodating by bringing us a coffee maker to the room. Breakfast was simple but great. The air conditioning was good. Only 2 things that could improve- have a place to put the soap bar in the walk in shower and make sure the ironing board covers are clean- ours had dog hair all over it. Loved the view from our room. Comfortable chairs around the fire pit. Overall a great experience."

"This was a really cute place to stay, rooms were cramped, but ok. The window A/C unit through the wall was extremely loud, and we found the bed to be extremely uncomfortable. Way too soft and very lumpy. It welt like we were laying on a mattress filled with straw. The rooms were decorated with a western theme. It did seem to take forever to get hot water in the shower. The man who checked us in was very polite and professional and even offered insight on things to see and do in the area. The younger girl who was at the desk midday when I asked for additional towels, and again when we checked out was definitely more interested in her cell phone than assisting anyone. She should be provided with some training in hospitality. But overall, it was a pretty good experience"
