โThe staff were extremely nice and helpful. The security in the elevator was comforting knowing that only people staying on that same floor could select that floor. The entire place was so clean and quiet. The room was perfect and had all the amenities that we needed. It was just missing a bathroom fan!โ
โpros:
- If coming from the airport, taking the link train and getting off at Symphony station is very close to the hotel.
- Located in downtown, so itโs convenient for both going to the convention center and sightseeing.
- Relatively affordable price.
cons:
- The slope on Seneca Street is quite steep. It was really tough pulling a suitcase from Symphony hall station to the hotel.
- If booking through a third party (e.g., Hotels.com), they hold a $200 INCIDENTAL charge. This is a policy,...
โThis property was unique but lovely! Loved the design of the space, room was very comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was excellent! Great location, close to the water, pike place, space needle and lots of restaurants!โ
โGreat location! Walkable distance from the Pike place. I loved green setup of the rooms. Staffs accompdated my needs to check in early. There is a late check out fee and you can leave your back at the lobby for later. Only that it was really noisy at nights sometimes with surroundings. I donโt know where it came from but I suspect it was some construction soundsโฆand occassionally some passer-byโs shoutings disrupted my sleep at midnight. Although I lost my card due to my carelessness, overall a...
โOne of the best hotels Iโve ever stayed in the states. Room was clean, sink was useful, air conditioner was functioning well. The highlight was the bathroom. Clean and new shower booth with full of hot water. The rooftop was great, and the garage was nice and safe with two elevevators directly connected to the lobby and each floor. Never stayed this like hotel in the states with this price.โ
โOne of the towers had four elevators, but two appeared to be out of order, and another was not in operation. Everyone was inconvenienced while waiting for the elevators, and the response to the issue was not prompt. Despite a large conference happening nearby with many attendees, it didnโt seem like they were particularly concerned about the situation.
However, the friendly and thorough housekeeping made the stay enjoyable.โ

- The Wi-Fi speed in the room was surprisingly slow. It was noticeably slower compared to other places like cafes or the convention center.
- The staff was unfriendly, especially the woman at the front desk in the afternoon. I asked if I could change rooms because the Wi-Fi speed was too slow for my work, and her response was, "Moving to a higher floor wonโt make the Wi-Fi faster." When did I ask to move to a higher floor? I donโt understand her attitude. To add, they didnโt change my room.
- In terms of room assignments, I noticed that the hotel tends to assign people of color to lower floors when using the elevator.
