โOne of the best hotels Iโve ever stayed in the states. Room was clean, sink was useful, air conditioner was functioning well. The highlight was the bathroom. Clean and new shower booth with full of hot water. The rooftop was great, and the garage was nice and safe with two elevevators directly connected to the lobby and each floor. Never stayed this like hotel in the states with this price.โ
โStaff very friendly & will to help. The breakfast was great with the various choices you could make. Rooms were comfortable & roomy. Really like the 24 hrs coffee/tea availability in the lobby area. Looking forward to staying there again in a future trip. โ
โStayed in Seattle for a week and these apartments were ideal with their wee kitchen and a nice living space. The site is new so all in good condition and my apartment was very clean. The building is a nice old repurposed building sandwiched between bigger buildings so donโt expect lots of sun light. Also, the neighbourhood can get busy on sports days and some evenings so it was quiet most but not all evenings. Any noise didnโt bother me though.

Everyone was inconvenienced while waiting for the elevators, and the response to the issue was not prompt. Despite a large conference happening nearby with many attendees, it didnโt seem like they were particularly concerned about the situation.
However, the friendly and thorough housekeeping made the stay enjoyable.โ
โpros:
- If coming from the airport, taking the link train and getting off at Symphony station is very close to the hotel.
- Located in downtown, so itโs convenient for both going to the convention center and sightseeing.
- Relatively affordable price.
cons:
- The slope on Seneca Street is quite steep. It was really tough pulling a suitcase from Symphony hall station to the hotel.
- If booking through a third party (e.g., Hotels.com), they hold a $200 INCIDENTAL charge. This is a policy,...
โGreat location! Walkable distance from the Pike place. I loved green setup of the rooms. Staffs accompdated my needs to check in early. There is a late check out fee and you can leave your back at the lobby for later. Only that it was really noisy at nights sometimes with surroundings. I donโt know where it came from but I suspect it was some construction soundsโฆand occassionally some passer-byโs shoutings disrupted my sleep at midnight. Although I lost my card due to my carelessness, overall a...
