"The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and is conveniently within walking distance of Queen’s University. Breakfast was a wonderful experience, with a great variety of options to choose from. Unfortunately, we had to rush through breakfast due to our schedule, but we wished we had more time to slow down and truly savour the experience. Overall, a lovely stay."

"Parking fine, staff polite and helpful, room was older but updated and very clean. There were towels for 4 people available in the room without asking for extras,never see that these days. Breakfast was basic but had a selection of sausages, eggs, yogurt and oatmeal mixes, bread, and pastries. The coffee maker made specialty coffees and was very slow because it grinds beans. Very fresh coffee but slow if the breakfast room is crowded"
