"A really nice, central hotel. No tea/coffee making facilities but that’s standard for most European hotels. There is an underground hotel but we left our car in the underground car park ‘t Zand which was half the price."

"This is a beautiful place. We loved our room with the high ceilings and luxury finishes. The location is an easy walk to restaurants and the Market Square. Having a parking place is absolutely necessary for Bruges. We felt relaxed knowing our car was safe and not too far away."

"No towels… must rent them. No hand soap in bathroom or kitchen. Bed is not made must make it yourself. Dead bugs on floor. Hallway area was run down and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We paid extra for an ocean view room and did have a great view and overall felt relatively safe."
