“Stay at this hotel. Firstly, a credit to the staff, all of whom were fantastically polite and personable, providing simply great service. The vintage lift was a unique joy with the communal areas continuing the slightly nostalgic theme. “Great location next to trains, and a fantastic pub/hotel with a very welcoming & friendly vibe. I wasn't expecting breakfast so this was a bonus to me! That said, rather pricey and not too good at being environmentally minded (single use plastics for soap and tiny bottles for example).”

“What an amazing place! Set in beautiful gardens and full of wildlife! Beautiful accommodation and so nice to be able to walk around all the gardens! The Japanese garden was our favourite! Also the cakes and coffee in the cafe are lovely! ”

“호텔의 청결도등은 좋았음. 그러나 체크인 시간이 늦었다며 고압적인 직원의 태도는 정말 어이 없었음. 일정 때문에 밤 10시 반쯤 호텔에 들어 왔는데 처음에는 체크인이 늦어 숙박할 수 없다고 엄포를 놓았음. 특히 "지금이 몇 시인지 아느냐?"며 직원이 보인 위압적인 태도는 정말 이해할 수 없었음.”

“We had to stay here onky for 1 night. Unfortunately a damage to our motorcycle obliged to stay in Gorran Haven for 4 nights. The accomodation in hotel was perfect but without a rental car the place is isolated, nice but not for long stays.”

“Hosts are very friendly and accommodating making guests their priority. Breakfast is excellent with a great variety to choose from. Good location with only a 5 minute walk to the beach promenade and for visits to other beauty spots.”
