“Very nice B&B, in good location. Just a couple of points to mention which was why I have only 4/5. - Room and en-suite smaller than expected, but still nice and comfortable - Breakfast was lovely, but would prefer being able to self serve juice and tea/coffee. Also a full English breakfast should use real sausages, rather than tiny chipolatas - Biggest issues was noise with voices and bathrooms clearly audible from other rooms late and night and early morning.”

“Great location, staff was very friendly and cooked us a very tasty breakfast. Room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Street parking was very full so had to park one street away but promenade and restaurants are all within walking distance so no need to move the car after securing a spot.”

“I stayed in a single room for two nights. The room was very cosy, clean, and comfortable. The shower runs hot, which they do warn you about, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is provided. The shared areas (lounge and dining) were lovely, decorated and furnished beautifully. There were even board games provided. In the dining area, there's a shared fridge and microwave free for guests to use. Breakfast was food, providing a mix of hot food and cold (cereal). Staff were also friendly....

“Very good location, well maintained, very clean rooms and bathrooms, helpful staff in breakfast. Just that there is no car park, not easy to find a free car park within walking distance.”

“The good things were the bedroom was big and roomy and staff were friendly and helpful. The reception is up a flight of stairs and no lift for luggage in fact no lift at all working in building. The bedroom had lots of plus points, storage, large comfy bed but net curtains were marked and hole in main curtain. There was a safe in the room but we were advised it should have been removed as they were no longer working. The breakfast was adequate but just that, staff did get non dairy milk for me...

“This hotel is a really convenient place to stay when visiting Eastbourne, the water pressure isn’t that great but it’s relatively clean and stuff are helpful. They were happy to provide us with bands as it was particularly hot.”
