"Great location! 30 min walk to each of my 3 destinations for this trip. Nice bakeries & restaurants in the area. Nice clean room. Ceiling looked like it was in the middle of some repair; industrial look? Weird bit was power was glitchy for a few hours. No elevator, wi-fi, restaurants, beeping alarm going off. One trip up the stairs & one down stairs made me rethink my 7th floor room. No compensation offered and minimal services offered so I went out & stayed away for 6 hours. Fixed when I returned. Prob will come back due to location & good price. Will call first for power grid info."

"All good, except this week’s check-in wasn’t nearly as welcoming as last week when I had the most wonderful, personable, experienced person check me in. It made a fantastic first impression. However, when I checked in yesterday, the associates all had coats on, didn’t smile, and didn’t seem happy to be there. The jacket thing was weird. Please make it a little warmer in there so associates don’t have coats on. Also, please have your associates smile and appear happy and excited that we are there. Great hotels that know hospitality understand that an upbeat, pleasant first impression goes a very long way toward guest satisfaction."
