"Staff was amazing best here overstayed in"

"We were going to only stay here for 1 night, because we flew in after midnight and we couldn’t get into our hotel for our cheer event until 10 am. This property looks nothing like how it’s advertised on the internet. We checked in and checked out with on an hour. I had to find a different hotel. The room was not clean stains on the pillows, bedding, the curtains had stains on them, the air conditioning and heating looked dirty with mold and ceiling had patched work from water damage. Outside of the property was fenced in it looks like an old vacant gas station that has been sitting there for 20 years. I paid $219. I did get my money back after talking with management at the hotel and Expedia the next day. This place is very run down."

"Nice outdoor views and location. Staff were less than eager to be helpful. Had some questionable unauthorized charges to room 2 days after checkout and was difficult to track down answers and get reversed. "

"Overall, our stay was fine. We had booked a two bed room and were upgraded to a suite. We had our child with us and I wouldn’t exactly say the suite was family friendly. Water pressure in our room was also lacking. "

"The area was sketchy, scary and we didn't feel safe. Had to move to another hotel. Very disappointed. Wouldlike a refun!!!"
