South Side, Pittsburgh hotel rooms at the Best Western

"This hotel is beautiful and in the heart of everything downtown. It's clean, quiet, spacious and housekeeping are on top of checking in often to see if your room needs additional essentials and amenities. Bonus: workout facility with all equipment needed and the bedroom doors don't slam to disturb ones sleep. The Front desk staff could use to have a bit more friendly & welcoming energy, but other than that all was great and I would recommend staying at this hotel."

"Wanted to see PNC Park, so happens my White Sox were in town. Valet was great, check-in was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, breakfast good, 15 minute walk to PNC. BY the way, on your way to the ballpark, stop in at Tequila Cowboy!"

"Property was nice, updated, and safe. The only downside was the 45 minute wait for linens to be ready upon arrival. With a check-in time of 4:00 pm, we arrived at the hotel at 6:30 pm and was surprised we had to wait 45 minutes for our room to be ready."

"The people in the room next to us were loud and we were only staying one night driving through. We asked the front desk attendant if they’d put us in a non adjoining room and they graciously gave us they only one left without hesitation. That customer service made all the difference.
