“Property and room were in really bad (and gross) condition. Torn towels, filthy chairs, animal hair all over the room, medal sticking up out of seat, yellowed pillows, stained carpet, no dishes or silverware in the room (supposedly could request from staff, but couldn’t find any).”

“This is a beautiful building close to a lot of antique shops and the Pantages Theatre. The staff were all super sweet and helpful and the room and facilities were clean and beautiful!”

“I stayed at this hotel overnight after visiting Mountain Rainier with my daughter. The first person to welcome us was a young hotelier at the counter. He explained to us very kindly and always had a smile on his face. That was the most precious thing I experienced at this hotel. I couldn't ask for his name, but he had a nice dreadlocks hairstyle.”
