“We had arrived early. Cold, wet and tired. We were afforded an early check in to a lovely room. Everyone was exceptionally accommodating and efficuent!”

“Staff were very friendly and rooms/bathrooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable. Location was convenient to the airport. Not a big deal, but trading out dirty towels for clean towels was a little inconvenient, especially if I didn’t remember to do it before leaving for the day and getting back late. ”

“Easy access from port, and the hotel had a free early morning shuttle to the airport.”

“We enjoyed the elegant old-time ambiance of the room. And the spectacular mountain views out the tall windows. The host was amiable and helpful, including shuttling us in all the way from the ferry terminal.”

“It's Alaska, so it's different. We live in Fairbanks and were meeting family that flew in from the lower 48 and were boarding a cruise. It was a turn-and-burn, one-night stay. The hotel room was super clean, bed was super comfy, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was close (walkable) to an IGA grocery store, a liquor store, and an Alaska State museum. Totally recommend!”
