"Our flight was canceled so we did a last-minute check in. We arrived before 11 am, we ate lunch there, and they 6took pity on us and got us into our room immediately after. And yes, like most places, check in was not until 3 pm, but they allowed us into our room as soon as it was ready. The entire check in was seamless. All the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to assist us!"
