"The staff, particularly the desk person, was very helpful. She had everything ready when we checked in and gave us a quiet room on the 4th floor. She answered all of our questions about breakfast, which was special, with scrambled eggs and sausage, large and small waffles, decaffeinated and caffeinated coffee, assorted juices, cereal, and yogurt. It filled us up before heading to the Creation Museum. It just so happened that one of the staff members had a birthday that day, and all of the people in the breakfast room sang to her. Parking was free and made it easy to unload and get to our room. The room was clean and had soap, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. We also had a small fridge. Our only complaint was the bed. It seemed to be squished at one end, which made it difficult to sleep right away."

"The room exceeded my expectations. There was a full kitchen (including dishwasher) and came stocked with plates, cups, cooking and eating utensils. There were plenty of comfortable pillows and the bed was comfortable. Although there was a small worn spot on the carpet, I didn't even notice it until we were packing up to leave. Check in was easy and the woman who checked us in was very nice. When we called the front desk the next morning to request a late check-out, we were told it wouldn't be an issued and let them know if we needed anything at all. Based on the price I paid, I expected something much less / not as nice. I was very pleased and if the opportunity arises to visit the area again, this will definitely be my "go to" place. I wish I could have stayed longer this time!"

"The cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. I wasn't even scared of the carpet. Every surface area of the room and inch of the bathroom was spotless and new. Great water pressure and temperature. Furniture was so lovely and it was like staying in a west elm themed spa resort. I would always come back here if I'm in town. Great bistro. Kind of pricey but you get good food and drinks. The breakfast is served as a $15 add on. The garage next door isn't in a connected building but is so close. There's barely an alley between the buildings. Garage is called 3CDC 8th and sycamore garage. You can enter on 7th street on the left right before the hotel valet left side drive up. Garage is $12.50 per day. Nearby area is safe and all if downtown is walkable."
