"관광도시가 이유였겠지만 미리 지불한 비용 외 추가로 지불해야할 금액들이 계속 발생 했습니다. 세금을 제외하고도 1박당 서비스 비용과 상당한 금액의 주차지용이 발생했습니다. 수영장에는 햇빛이 잘 들어오지 않으며 적정온도로 관리되고 팄지 않았습니다. 또한 따뜻한 물이 담긴 별도의 공간도 없습니다. 그 밖에 방 청소와 아침 식사, 그리고 와이파이를 이용하는데 우리는 만족했습니다."

"하루라도 더 머물고 싶은 아쉬움 말고는 더 이상 필요한 게 없습니다!! 메시지를 통해 필요한 게 없는지, 체크를 통해 편안함을 느낄 수 있게 해주었어요. 세심히 챙겨주고 도움을 준 Janna, Fernando, Domenica에게 무한한 감사를 드립니다. 또한 하우스키퍼는 청소를 너무 완벽하게 해주어 좋았습니다. 다음에 마이애미에 오게 되더라도 저는 무조건 이 숙소에서 머물고 싶습니다. There is nothing more I need other than the desire to stay one more day!! They made me feel comfortable by checking to see if I needed anything through messages. We are extremely grateful to Janna, Fernando, and Domenica for their attentive care and assistance. Also, the housekeeper cleaned the room so perfectly that I liked it. Next time I come to Miami, I definitely want to stay at this hotel."

"Something crawled on the bed and bit me, I think it was a tick so I complained, they said they would refund my money and I checked out a few hours after I checked in. But they still haven't refunded my money so I'm waiting until now to write this review."
