“Perfect stay overlooking the Delaware river. Peaceful getaway in a historic building. Staff couldn’t have been more delightful. The room was gorgeous. Delicious, quality breakfast was prepared with fresh berries, yogurt and mini croissant followed by a chef prepared caramelized onion and ham frittata. Freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee. My only regret was not having dinner in the dining room the night before. Will be returning again.”

“The Inn was clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The bar and restaurant were closed for renovations. The Inn itself is old and the furniture reflects that older period . Creaky floors are abundant. The Inn is located on a busy, noisy intersection.”

“We enjoyed staying in this “haunted” 1772 inn, so much more interesting than a chain. But old inns come with smaller rooms, steep steps and no-elevators. Our room had been recently redecorated, pretty and comfortable. We did hear a child crying around midnight, thought it could be a ghost, but probably was the young family in the next room. :)”
