"Beautiful renovated rooms, comfortable beds and bedding. Front desk staff all super nice and very responsive when calling down to ask questions. Pool was nice and enjoyed the 2 hot tubs that were different temperatures. We didn't use the steam room but this was a nice touch too. We got 2 welcome drinks from booking on expedia so it was nice to enjoy a glass of wine at the restaurant in the evening. Parking and checkout was easy, perfect location for walking to everything in Banff! I requested a late checkout at 11:30 and there was no issues with this and no charge. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Overall, a decent no frills hotel stay for a quick overnight. Check in staff were super friendly. Room was clean and beds were comfy enough. Bathroom needed some substantial repairs though and the property is definitely showing its age. They do have a nice playground for kids in the center yard area and are pet friendly."

"Nice size of place and kitchen is nice to have. Kids love the pool but place is old and falling apart. The sheets had hairs in them, tub also had lots of hair. So old but you get what you pay for and still a decent choice for families. Also very this walls, you hear everything. "
