"Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room had a strong sewer-like odor throughout my visit, which significantly affected my comfort. When I reported the issue, the resolution process was frustrating and time-consuming. I had to speak with three different staff members before a satisfactory solution was provided.
Additionally, I felt that guests who do not book premium-tier rooms are not treated with the same level of courtesy and attention. Customer service should be consistent regardless of room category. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations."
