"Very good location centre to every city in Mainly Vancouver and airport. Also very good amenities and grocery store like Costco just few minutes away. Parking has plenty of spaces available. Staff is very helpful. Amanjot was very helpful. Easy check in check out."

"As many reviewers mentioned, this is a very family friendly hotel. Lots of little things for the kids to do while you check in/check out. The ducks are a cute touch too! My entire stay was easy. McDonald’s across the street was good but there are also Denny’s and Tim’s down the street. We really took advantage of the shuttle service to get to the Sky Train at the airport. Shuttle staff were awesome. Overall, agreat experience - would stay here again and recommend to family/friends."

"We stayed at the River rock because we were attending a concert downtown and the prices down there were horrendous, all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The room we had was beautiful and clean. This was a nice reminder that this hotel is around and usually a good deal!"

"David checked us in. He was very friendly, welcoming, and informative. It was a great check in experience. The pool and hot tub was a bit dirty. Towels were overflowing and there were no clean towels available when we went to use the pool/hot tub. We did inform staff there were no clean towels and they brought clean ones right away"
