"Check in was very confusing as to where to go once off of the train. No direction was given that you need to use your card to access the upper floors when using the elevator. Any and all food had to be purchased, no breakfast included with hotel reservation. Limited food in casino. Asian option, burger option, pizza option. Bar was under construction so had to use service bar in casino that limited your drinks per hour. If you needed to leave casino to go to your room or get a drink from the...

"The only thing I didn’t like, is the lack of parking. They don’t tell you about that until you get there. Then they tell you it’s $22 per day ( plus tax’s). Well most would think that’s just the normal PST/GST. We it’s actually $22 plus some $7 random tax, plus the normal PST/GST. Just be upfront with the cost. "
