"Not bad at all like I thought it would be from reading some of the reviews. Didn’t see mold, bed bugs ( examined the mattresses thoroughly as soon as I entered the room ). The bathroom was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Was very quiet outside and had plenty of parking. Cheap place to stay and I would definitely stay again."

"The good - The room was clean. The staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. The bed was comfortable. We did use the laundry facility and it was good. $2.75 a load for the washer and the dryer each. All in all, a decent place to stay. The hotel is in a safe area and conveniently located near so many things. The bad - within about 10 minutes of us putting our stuff down, a big tree roach crawled out from under one of the beds. Not necessarily a cleanliness issue, as the dry weather has them looking for water. I could not get either ice machine (there are 2) to work and was too tired to go ask the front desk. We were on the 4th floor and the hallway smelled strongly of cigarettes, but it didn't really extend into the room, thankfully. I would probably stay here again."
