“The hotel is rundown and doesn't offer a pleasant stay. Specifics: pillows are rock hard, towels are thin and insufficient, furniture is banged up, carpet is damp and sticky, walls are thin, full mattresses have replaced queen mattresses. We asked for more towels, since we were only provided 3 for 4 of us and one of them was wet -- the hotel had run out of towels, so gave us a bunch of hand towels and bathmats - yikes. About half the staff were helpful, the other half couldn't care less....
