"Great hotel for kids and adults "

"Staff was great, Not a great experience with Manager. Room 208 suppose to be PREMIUM, to me it was by far the worse I ever stayed anywhere. YES it was spacious, that is it! Beds were horrible, old and worn out. You sunk in when you sat on the edge and when you slept, you started to roll to the sides. Metal Bedframe was larger then Mattress and you constantly hit your legs on the sharp corners. NO water pressure at all in the shower. The whole room was very dirty floor wise. All baseboards covered in dirt and cracks in every corner. Absolutely bad flooring with cracks and holes. Front door had about 1/2-1 inch crack from top to bottom and under the door, where the sunlight shined in or the lights at night, as well Lovebugs came crawling under the gap of the front door. Foul or Moldy SMELL was horrible and I had to buy room spray to cover it. There was prior problems with booking, but it could not been taking care off cause Manager was on Vacation and no one else was allowed to make a decision. AREA wise it is a great location to many things to see in short distance."

"My sister and I spent a long weekend at Lido Beach Resort, and it was everything we needed and more. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond—warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. We got there around noon, and even though our room wasn’t ready yet, they took care of our luggage and invited us to start enjoying the amenities right away. And the amenities? So good. A beautiful private beach just steps from stunning pools and a lively tiki bar with amazing food and drinks—basically impossible to leave. The lobby café also deserves a shoutout for some of the best smoothies we’ve ever had. Everything about the property felt spotless and well cared for, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and attentive. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to St. Armands Circle for shopping and great food (don’t skip Columbia Restaurant—it was hands down our favorite). We even walked to a nearby mangrove kayaking spot, less than a mile away, where we kayaked with Manatees 💙 I’d absolutely recommend this resort if you’re heading to the area. Already counting down until we go back! 🌴✨"

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and the experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the front desk team went out of their way to make sure everything about my stay was comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and very well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities provided made it feel both luxurious and relaxing. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the room — everything from the lighting to the cleanliness of the bathroom was excellent. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with inviting common areas and a very relaxing atmosphere. The location was also very convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, making it easy to get around. What really made the stay memorable, though, was the level of service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in making sure guests had a great experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay. I will definitely be returning on my next trip."

"The property was beautiful, on the water and the staff was wonderful. Room were well maintained and the amenities were perfect! Both pool areas were inviting and called to me every day to come and enjoy the view. Fish were giving a show by jumping out to the water regularly. The only drawback the lovebugs ;( I wasn't ready for them."
