"Good, clean hotel, well managed, friendly staff. It's a bit older hotel so some aspects seem dated and ready for replacement, but the primary challenge for this property is the food area and fitness room are just too small for the number of guests; it was quite crowded. But otherwise, a pleasant stay and I would stay here again."

"We had a slight difficult time during check in due to booking through a 3rd party site but once we had an opportunity to speak with the supervisor the first desk employee Mark was amazing and very helpful. He explained he was new and was very helpful, attentive and understanding to our needs once we realized our room upgrade request wasn’t able to be granted at the time. But overall my stay was quiet, pleasant, clean and convenient to the Galleria Mall area with plenty shopping and dining options. There was construction going on next door but we never heard any disturbing noise or anything! I would stay again if I ever traveled back to Houston."

"We were on our anniversary celebration weekend. Once we got their we were treated special. From our check in hostess, to Alex, who took our bags to our room, it was a very special weekend. They even surprised us with a special dessert in our room to welcome us on our anniversary weekend. The inside hotel bar and grills, amazing. Great service and very friendly. we have stayed at 3 of the Omni Hotels and love each and every one. We definitely will go back and stay again."

"I booked the room to visit a friend who was at Houston Methodist. The hotel is located within walking distance. They do offer a shuttle to different t parts but I never used that amenity. The room was clean and the shower was great. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d recommend staying here for others."

"The best thing about this was the location. We attended the AC/DC concert and this hotel was within walking distance. I would only stay if attending an event at the Reliant Staduim. Not bad, but not the best."
