"The bed was very comfortable. The shower offered shampoo conditioner and body wash. However, the conditioner was empty. The coffee was nice but the powdered creamer was not pleasant."

"From the moment we arrived to celebrate OT anniversary, we were welcomed like royalty. The staff was amazing, the restaurant delicious (drinks were out of this world) and the room was perfect and spacious. Only place I would stay in St. Joes!"
The Neighborhood Hotel - Grand Beach

"The property was in a quiet neighborhood about 6 min drive from New Buffalo. Our room was spacious and modern. The noise inside the hotel was a problem. The walls are very thin. We were on the ground floor and the family above us had small kids. They started running around at 6 am both mornings and it was extremely loud. Most hotels have soundproofing to avoid this. I’m not sure I’d stay again unless we were guaranteed a room on the 2nd floor. Charming place though."

"Entryway definitely needs to be clean from cobwebs and bugs. Appliances were super streaky with whatever they use to wipe them down, which made them look dirty, and there was poop on our back deck with a broken screen."
