"The front desk staff was friendly, but not helpful in regards to directions as to where parking was, our room or that you needed to have your room key out to operate the elevator, I had to ask several questions to navigate this—usually not my experience, but I managed. I appreciated the security, but it took some getting used to to start. We had to find the pool for our kids on our own and it was fairly small, very dimly lit and FREEZING. The kids lasted a bit, but 0 adults went in unanimously with other families there. Good views & location. In/out parking was great and the room was new, modern, spacious and very clean. Cleaning staff was also friendly & helpful. The bar/restaurant onsite looked nice as well, but we didn’t get a chance to dine there."
