“Very nice people here! It is an old guesthouse so the fact I was on the 3rd was ok, the stairs were solid but narrow so if I had more luggage than a small backpack it would have been hard. No issues with the other floors though. So to restate floor 3, room 10 quaint room for person with very little luggage. ”

“The Arc Harrogate is a small but fantastic hotel. There were detailed instructions sent to me about everything before I arrived and I had a lovely warm welcome from the owner. The parking is on street parking, but the hotel provided the necessary permits, complete with a photo of how to display them and details of what time the parking ran out.
The room was spotless and very well serviced. Every day the bathroom was cleaned, the tea and coffee supplies topped up and so on.

Both have a friendly, approachable and professional attitude towards customers, not just ourselves but with every person I seen them interact with during our stay. “Well positioned hotel- in the city centre but not noisy at all. Big comfy bed and the air conditioning was great. It was very clean and the bathroom pristine. Tea and coffee in the room- but no fridge. Didn’t try brekfast but good value to have it included for 2 for the price. Also coffee machine in lobby to use when you liked. The young woman who checked me in was really helpful and friendly. Parking£10 a day- not bad compared to other £20/30 charges elsewhere.
