"Front desk staff wasn't as good as the previous visits, but not bad. It seemed like maybe there were new staff. Shuttle driver CJ was fantastic. Breakfast very good, loved the brewed coffee and fresh fruits. Also biscuits and gravy. Room was comfy and clean, nice new chaise lounge, Shuttle on time for airport. "

"I stayed here for the convenience to mall of america big mistake. Between being next to the elevator ,the airplanes flying over, loud heater turning on&off, lumpy bed& doors being slammed absolutely no sleep.The toilet seat looked like someone took bites out of it & it never flushed all the way.No shoveling or plowing of the property. Stay elsewhere."

"This was our first time staying here and it was well worth it. The lady who checked us in was extremely nice. She answered all of our questions and was so helpful. I wish we could get that type of customer service everywhere. Nice job. The room and location was great too!"

"What a great spot. My son and I were in town for the Wild game and I found this hotel using the Expedia search. Got a suite with two fully separate bedrooms, a living room and large washroom, for the same price as most others were asking for a two queen bed room! The building is a converted nunnery from the early 20th century, and they've done a really nice job of it. Included a nice breakfast and small gym. Staff was great as well. Parking is not included, had to park at the adjacent world trade center parking lot, but it is not too expensive there over the weekend (or alternatively, there is free street parking if you can find it). Will return when next in town!"

"My son had a great time in the water park and the staff was excellent. The food was good with lots of family friendly activities and with the Mall of America so close there's even more opportunities for family fun. My only complaints were a very uncomfortable bed that was one of the worst I have ever slept on and the fact that everything is so expensive to the point our family ate at MOA most of the time because it was less expensive."
