What was most frustrating, however, was that the front desk did not answer the phone at all. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced a hotel that doesn’t pick up calls. “Everything is perfect. The scenary around was amazing. Some houses have Christmas light decoration likes those on postcard. Our family had such a great time! The only thing I would mention is that the loft with king bed is very warm even with the window half open compare to the room downstairs. If we turn off the heat, the room downstairs will be a little chilly. But we get the small heater in the downstairs room to warm it up so it’s all good. Will definitely be returning. ”

“The breakfast was continental with some nice options. Everything was fresh and nicely laid out. The room was clean and quaint and I loved my balcony overlooking the bistro below. The staff was great and extremely welcoming. I felt like I made new friends in my short stay.”
