โOverall it was very good. There really needs to be a bedside light as I had to get out of bed to switch the light off. A door stop for the balcony door would also be useful.โ
โWe stayed 4 days to visit London. We loved hotel for its service(kind people an good restaurant) and its location(30min. from center of london and Richmont is a really lovely city!). Only weakness is its room size. It was same size as bathroom. Quite strange. ^^โ
โHad a great time here although it was for business trip. Rooms were cosy and warm which was good because it was really cold when we visited. Rita at reception was very friendly and helpful.โ
โAmazing staff and amazing food. Recommend a visit. A ew odd cracks but its an old building. But nothing crazy. Was great place and easy to travel to tourist areas โ
โI just wanted to extend a sincere thank you to all the staff for making this such a special experience for both me and my wife. The thoughtful touch of the rose petals on the bed and the handwritten note really was the icing on the cake.
I'm not usually the best at planning romantic gestures, but everything about the stay โ from the room setup to the spa โ really impressed my wife and gave us the perfect chance to unwind from our hectic schedules.
The spa was fantastic, and the entire team was...
โA quick last minute stop for family event:
No room at family place so looked for reasonable overnight accommodation.
Made very welcome by Charles, who gave me a quick tour and things I needed to knowโ
"I have stayed at this hotel several times for business trips. As always, I find the location, safety, and environment to be excellent, especially the value for money. However, I occasionally find the cleanliness of the electric kettle in the hotel room to be somewhat lacking. While it is not a major issue since I can boil water for disinfection, improving this aspect would make it a perfect 10 out of 10."
