โThe apartment was clean and spacious, with a suitable location. The kitchen was clean with enough utensiles. The towels, bedsheet and toilet were clean and we were comfortable to use them without doubt. To our surprise, there were two fans which gave us good comfort during the hot summer. The only down side was that the pan and saucepan were a bit old. A new set will be good. Also, a few more cutting knives will be convenient. Lastly, a few more hooks in the toilets to let us place our towels...
โThe building (outside) is the ugliest in Kingston (and that means something as Kingston is not exactly attractive), but once inside it is quite okay.
The breakfast was good and also good value for money.

โThe accommodation was very homely, and having home cooked breakfast was a lovely touch. Walking distance from the local shops and train station made it very convenient to get around and get what i needed on a daily basis. Highly recommended and will visit again.โ
โThe property is very nicely looked anfter and finished to a very high spec. The staff were very professional and friendly. The hotel is perfectly situated in Richmond and is close to everything. The only downside was to discover that it costs ยฃ20 per night to park the car! However the cost of the hotel was reasonable so not a disaster. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return soon.โ
โThis is our go-to place to stay when it's available. The location is great, the rooms are interesting (the smaller ones are really only suitable for a solo traveller) and the staff are helpful and friendly. Room 5 was a little noisy in the morning, but being on the front, this was no great surprise. It's a lovely place to stay.โ
โLocated in a very picturesque high point on Richmond Hill. Hotel itself is a bit old and the passages are narrow but has old world charm and very English. Staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast is first rate.โ

Lโappartamento era bellissimo dotato di tutti i comfort, letto comodissimo, ci hanno fornito detersivo, spugna per lavare i piatti capsule per la lavastoviglie. "I have stayed at this hotel several times for business trips. As always, I find the location, safety, and environment to be excellent, especially the value for money. However, I occasionally find the cleanliness of the electric kettle in the hotel room to be somewhat lacking. While it is not a major issue since I can boil water for disinfection, improving this aspect would make it a perfect 10 out of 10."
