“I was denied entry because I did not bring my passport. I contacted Bob as I have a screenshotof my passport but he said he wants the physical passport. I left and joined my reunion with my friends from US. Then boarded my train late at night to go home. And then I received a message Bob sent a link. Too late. I was claiming a refund, it was already 2 days I havent heard from him nor hotels.com who said they will sort it out. Still waiting.”

“The location of the property was the only thing that appeared to be valid. The room itself did not match any of the pictures. The view was definitely not of anything you could see outside. There was a courtyard as part of the basement you are staying in a basement flat when you rent this apartment. The baseboards are unfinished even the countertop is unfinished. The floors are so dirty. It caused the white towels to become black and dirty. We were able to see where they kept the 'clean' towels...
