“유럽 호텔들은 무척 작지만 여긴 런던 도심을 벗어나서 그런지 방은 넓은 편이네요.(물론 동남아 호텔보단 작지만) 아침식사 포함이 아니어서 따로 지불했지만 그래도 아침은 먹을만 했고요. 식당 직원이 부지런히 다니며 세팅하고 계란을 스크램블러 먹을지 다른걸로 먹을지 물어보고 갖다주고 아침은 여유 있게 먹었습니다. 엘리베이터는 무척 작아서 큰 캐리어는 한사람만 겨우 들어가더군요. 그나마 얼마전에 주인이 바뀌면서 내부를 수리해서 방이나 욕실이 낡았다는 느낌은 들지는 않았고요. 저처럼 윔블던에 있어야 할 사람이라면 괜찮은 호텔 같네요. 지하철을 이용하지는 않았지만, 윔블던역과 사우스 윔블던 사이로 기억합니다.”

“The pictures of this property are very misleading. The check in process was not clear and there is no one on the property to answer questions and no contact info.
Our room had things left from other guests and trash left behind. There were no blinds on the windows, which made sleep nearly impossible. The "free breakfast" was stale cereal, or so I'm guessing because, again, literally no one to ask. ”

Graham on front desk was friendly and very helpful with advice etc. jumped on the bus to Wimbledon-approx 10 mins. Great pad Thai restaurant in York Street? Near Wandsworth town rail station. Super place, would use again. ”
“Friendly helpful staff, good value for this area in London, handy for the tube. The room was really quiet despite being on the flight path for Heathrow and on a busy road (our bedroom was at the back) - this was a very pleasant surprise and helped us get a good night’s sleep. We did not use the restaurant and only stayed for one night. I would recommend this hotel.”

1. 객실 위치가 린넨 및 집기류 이동하는 통로(엘베 등) 바로 옆이라 늦은 밤과 새벽에도 소음이 너무 심해서 숙면이 불가능했다
2. 오전에 객실에 우리가 있는데도 문을 열고 들어오는 청소 해주시는 직원들의 무례한 서비스 때문에 투숙기간 내내 불편했다

"호텔 자체는 매우 오래되었으나 내부 인테리어를 새로하여 나름 깨끗합니다. 화장실도 넓은 편입니다. 다만 방 자체가 매우 좁고 2명이 이용하는데 수건을 겨우 2장줍니다. 하루에 두장도 아니고 이틀에 두장이요! 5일정도 있었는데 청소를 2틀에 한번꼴로 해주고 그나마도 대충해서 많이 아쉽습니다"
