"We got to the motel and vagrants were crossing in and out of the woods next door. The lobby had boxes stacked up in the tiny lobby and it smelled musty. He tried to show us two rooms and the both smelled like mildew and so I declined the room. I asked for a refund and they denied me and made me pay ..."
