“Right on the road so easy to find and get access and parking. Super easy for dogs. Water tasted good. Staff helped after hours as there was a big truck that parked and left his machine running right outside the rooms. Also the lobby area access was limited as the hours are limited. “Could not even check. My money was totally wasted. Made the reservation after 10 and didn't read the fine print that I would need to make arrangements with the hotel before 9 to get keys! Why did Expedia and the hotel take my money when I drove all that way and wasted that money for nothing! Extremely frustrating experience. Guess you always have to read the fine print. Corporate America is all too happy to steal your hard-earned money!”

“We rented the Waterfall cabin. It's a lovely summer house probably from the 1920s. Very private and quiet with lovely vegetation. Be advised that access to this particular cabin is via several outdoor stairs, so don't pick it if that would be a problem for you.”

“I’ve stayed at Surrey Resort twice now and each time has been an exceptional stay. The location is right outside of downtown and walkable so you can just leave your car parked during your stay. Parking is easy with no issue finding a spot. Check in is easy while being informative as you’re staying in a tent and not a room in typical hotel. “Nice location. Nice staff. Unfortunately the bungalows are very overpriced for what you get and there was a lot of loud noise coming from the water heaters next to us. No AC was a bummer as it was scorching hot in our bungalow during the day.”
