"The hotel itself was very nice. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The only downside was the location. While it’s close to Union Square, it’s also very close to the Tenderloin. We frequently encountered people openly using drugs and a large number of homeless individuals, especially when walking to and from the hotel. At times, it made us feel uncomfortable and less safe than we would have liked.
If you’re planning to stay here, I’d recommend using Uber in the evenings rather than walking. Overall, the hotel was great, but the surrounding area definitely affected our experience."
